An excellent experience

Peter Ware has a very sound and up to date marketing knowledge. His communication was excellent and we were kept informed all through this journey. We were given good advice re the current market situation. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a top agent.

Personable but gets results

We found Peter lovely to work with in our difficult situation. Not only is he respectful but he knows his stuff and gets great outcomes without being pushy. Very good communication throughout the process. A gentleman and a hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Good Old Fashioned Service

Fiona and I had no real experience with selling houses and had no real idea of the intricacies involved to successfully market our property and give ourselves the best chance. Peter Ware's name kept coming up when talking to friends and acquaintances, so we phoned and invited Pete to our home for an initial chat. Fiona and I were immediately impressed by Pete's knowledge, honesty and professionalism and so we decided right there and then to list our property with Pete. We were proved right. Throughout the entire period from start to finish Pete was with us every step of the way offering helpful advice and assistance whenever it was needed. I always felt that Pete was working for us, not the potential buyers. I would say to any person thinking of listing their property for sale that they need not look any further than Peter Ware.

Another Peter Ware Master Class Sale, Well Done

Peter's wealth of experience & knowledge of the current Real Estate Market really shined through for us regarding selling our family home of 18 years. We listed our home in the middle of November & Peter had it sold by Middle of December, not to mention 3 out of 4 Open homes were raining Cats & Dogs. What a great experience we had with Peter as our Agent, always contactable, reliable, professional, communicative & humorous (Always had a joke or two).
